The property at one point lies on both sides of Bear Creek which traverses the North boundry of the property.There is a fairly large underground source of water originating on the property and flowing into Bear Creek. Both Sheridan Creek and Shingle Creek terminate in Bear Creek on the property.The property has 1/12 right to water from Sheridan Creek. The ditch traverses several other parcels through a weir and pipeline to serve the Klassen Ranch, which is the last property receiving water from the Ditch. There are two ponds on the ranch.
